Hi there.

Nearly two decades ago, after watching the rise and fall of the first startup I joined, I understood that to dream up, shape, and truly pursue a new idea was not for the faint of heart.

Yes, there is the high probability of failure, but it is more than that—ideas don't "grow up" overnight, they have to be nurtured and the path forward is never a straight line. There is a need for perpetual problem-solving, ruthless iteration, and a willingness to not only engage with, but thrive in, what often feels like an endless messy middle.

Over the last 15 years, I have found that the messy middle can serve as the very best crucible. I have shaped my career around being able to spark, develop, nurture, grow, and scale new ideas—my own, with others, and for others.

I have also been fortunate enough to be part of what amounts to the exception rather than the rule: going from the only product manager at a Series A startup to helping lead the same company through a successful IPO nearly a decade later. Along the way, I grew to successfully serve as Head of Product across 18 R&D teams with a combined 100+ engineers, orchestrated several re-orgs, built teams from the ground up, led multiple org-wide process changes, and personally drove the 0-to-1 launch of two new SKUs that together drove over $XXM in sales in their first year.

Heads down but always looking up. As I enter stealth mode, in the early ideation phase with new projects of my own, co-creating with others remains a passion with a very strong pull. I bring a results-driven and action-oriented mindset to my work, while believing strongly in taking a first principles approach to building both sustainable product organizations and scalable products. From short-term projects to ongoing mentorship and coaching, I am open to select engagements where there is a strong fit for my skills or expertise.
